The Birthday Freebie Edit helps you find birthday offers and plan which ones to use. This policy explains what information the site uses when you browse, create an account, save a plan, or suggest an offer.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google or email, our authentication provider, Clerk, handles the sign-in process. We receive an account identifier and your email address to recognize your account. Google sign-in requests basic identity information needed for sign-in, such as your email address, name, and profile image. The site does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive, or Google Sheets.

If you choose to save a birthday plan, we store the birthday date you enter, selected offers, itinerary stops, notes, estimated values, amounts spent, redemption dates and history, and any custom offers you add. If you suggest a directory offer, we store the details you submit, your account identifier and email address, and the status of the suggestion. Basic technical information may be processed by our hosting and authentication providers to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use account information to sign you in, keep your saved plan associated with you, and respond to account requests. We use your birthday to show your personal countdown and help organize your offers. We use suggested offer details to review and update the directory. An approved offer may appear publicly in the directory; your email address and personal plan are not part of the public offer listing.

Who handles information

Clerk processes sign-in and account information. Our hosting and storage services process the information needed to run the site and save your plan. If you choose a third-party offer or affiliate link, you leave this site, and that destination may collect information under its own privacy policy. Some links may earn us a commission. We do not sell your saved birthday plan or account email address to advertisers.

Account access and choices

You can edit the birthday and plan details shown in your account. To request a copy or deletion of your saved site data or ask a privacy question, contact maryannljacksonenterprises@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account. Account deletion may also require removal of the corresponding Clerk account.

Storage and security

We keep account and saved plan information while it is needed to provide the site or until it is deleted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Authentication and hosting providers may use cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in and operate the site. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
