Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms apply to your use of The Birthday Freebie Edit at thebdayfreebieedit.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site offers

The site provides a directory of birthday offers and tools to create a personal birthday plan, record redemptions, and suggest new offers. The directory is informational. Offers, eligibility rules, locations, dates, prices, and availability may change or differ by location. Check the merchant’s current terms before signing up, making a purchase, or visiting. We do not guarantee an offer or a particular savings amount.

Your account and plan

You may create an account using an available sign-in method. Keep access to your account secure and use the site lawfully. Your saved plan and redemption history reflect information you enter; the site cannot verify whether a reward was redeemed. You may ask for help with your account or saved data by contacting us below. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and plan information is handled.

Directory suggestions

If you suggest an offer, provide information you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share. We may review, edit, publish, decline, or remove suggestions to keep the directory useful. Do not submit private information about other people, misleading promotions, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. Your submitted offer details may appear publicly if approved; your account email and personal plan are not included in the public listing.

Outside sites and affiliate links

Links to merchants and other services lead to sites we do not operate. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them. Some links in More Deals may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. This does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of a third-party deal.

Availability and changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue site features and correct or remove directory entries. We may restrict access when needed to protect the site or address misuse. We may update these terms as the site changes; the effective date above will show the latest version. Continuing to use the site after updated terms are posted means you accept them.
